Shoe Zone takes on new Leicestershire store
Leicester footwear retailer Shoe Zone has taken a 6,000 sq ft unit at an East Midlands outlet.
The deal comes after Space Retail Consultants acted on behald of RREEF Spezial Invest GmbH to let Unit 3 Springfields Retail Park, Market Harborough to the retailer.
The unit adjoins Pets at Home and Sainsbury’s and is close to Homebase. It fronts a 650 space car park.
Adjoining is RREEF owned St Mary’s Place Shopping Centre where tenants include Boots, Clarks, Costa, Argos, Vision Express, Greggs, Tonie and Guy Holland and Barrett, Pandora and Pizza Express.
