Key appointment for telecoms firm

Telecommunications firm Invictus Communications has appointed Lauren de Reus as business development manager.

de Reus joins the Castle Donington-based company from print management company WDS Midlands where she was a sales executive for eight years.

At Invictus Communications, she is responsible for lead generation, developing the network of referral partners and driving forward the CSR programme under the company’s ethos of ‘sell local, buy local and support local’.

Managing director Jonny McPhee said: “Lauren’s sales experience, contacts and her passion for Derbyshire where she has lived all her life make her the perfect fit to support our expansion plans.

“We have grown steadily since launching in 2016 and Lauren will now help us take the business to the next level, particularly in our niche area of customers with multi-site operations.”

de Reus added: “This is an exciting new challenge and I am particularly looking forward to the breadth of the role.

“As well as supporting sales activity, it is an opportunity to work closer with other like-minded businesses for mutual benefit to customers and to further strengthening our commitment to supporting the local communities in which we operate.”
