Transaction services firm names new East Midlands director

(L-R): Tom Boss, Adam Foster, Julian Clough and Jake Staten

Mazars Transaction Services in the East Midlands has announced the promotion of Adam Foster to director.

Foster, who joined from RSM in 2014, takes on the role having reported on over 80 transactions to corporates, banks and private equity clients during his time with the firm.

Celebrating a record year in which it has advised on over 40 Midlands transactions, the company has also promoted Tom Boss to assistant manager, while Jake Staten has qualified as a chartered accountant.

Partner Julian Clough said: “I have worked with Adam over the last nine years, during which time I have seen him develop into a strong advisor with a deep understanding of corporate finance transactions and an excellent eye for what matters on deals. His views are actively sought by our clients and we are delighted with this well-deserved promotion.”

Foster added: “We have seen strong growth over the last few years, both in the East and West Midlands, in line with the rest of our business. We have successfully grown the team to meet this demand and it is particularly pleasing that we are also able to celebrate Tom’s promotion and Jake’s qualification.”

Mazars Transaction Services now has a team of 11 operating across the Midlands.
