Sherwood Park warehouse sells for £3m
An industrial warehouse building at Sherwood Park in Nottingham has been sold to a private investor for £3 million.
Unit 7A at Sherwood Park, a 45,014 sq ft property on a site of 2.84 acres, will be let to packaging solutions manufacturer Surepak.
Jonathan Moore, investment director at Holt Commercial, who assisted his client in the purchase, said: “Sherwood Park is a much sought-after business location in Nottingham and we are very pleased to have secured this investment deal on behalf of our client.
“Despite a great deal of economic and political uncertainty, there is still very strong demand for well-located and high-quality warehouse and industrial properties.
“This property certainly fits that bill and it represents a very good deal all around.”
