Business park sold in £7.5m deal

Evo Park

A Nottinghamshire business park has been sold to a mystery buyer in a deal worth £7.5m.

The 110,000 sq ft Evo Park, which is based on Sherwood Park, has been sold by Bauland Properties, a fund managed by Praxix Real Estate Management.

The deal was brokered on behalf of the vendors by Mark Tomlinson from FHP Property Consultants and Sunny Landa from NG Chartered Surveyors, while Will Torr acted for the buyers.

Tomlinson said: “Clearly, we are delighted to have secured such a good result for our clients. We had worked on this scheme for a number of years, adding to a good quality tenant profile with recent lettings to Infosys and NMCN. The park provides a very good standard of product which is well placed in the market considering an increasing lack of office supply in the region”.

Evo Park’s tenants include Nottinghamshire County Council, Infosys, NMCN and Zeppelin Systems.
