Luxury homes development gets green light in Leicestershire

Springbourne Homes has received full planning permission for a new development of luxury homes in Leicestershire.

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council has given the Warwickshire-based firm the green light to build 19 homes on a 10 acre plot at Bosworth Road, Wellsborough, near Market Bosworth.

Construction work on Hornsey Rise project has already begun with a range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes going on sale in the New Year.

The Hornsey Rise name has been chosen to pay homage to the history of the site as it was originally the setting for the Hornsey Rise Care Home for retired printers, which first opened in 1921.
