Leicestershire farm launches vintage furniture showroom
Leicestershire-based online vintage and industrial furniture retailer Very Vintage has launched a customer viewing barn at Cote Hill Farm, Husbands Bosworth.
The company, which has recently rebranded, has turned a former 2,000 sq ft tractor shed into a showroom.
Specialising in old and new vintage furniture, VeryVintage.co was launched by local entrepreneur Carolyne Buxton in 2016. Initially the business sold items sourced at auction or from a range of suppliers online via eBay and Shpock.
Buxton said: “It’s been fantastic to see so many of our friends and family come out and support us. We’ve worked so hard to get it all to come together and we’re really pleased with how it’s turned out. It’s a great space for people to come and have a browse and a cuppa on a Sunday morning. We’re aiming to showcase more of our furniture and complement our online offer.”
Cote Hill Farm will continue to operate as a working farm.
