Pair of big deals completed at Roseland Business Park

East Midlands-based surface maintenance solutions provider Replay Maintenance has let a 3,100 sq ft hybrid unit at Roseland Business Park in Long Bennington.
The company is a long-standing tenant at Roseland, and its expansion into Unit 12 increases its occupation at the Business Park by over 60 per cent.
The letting to the sports surface specialist follows the pre-let of a 30,000 sq ft design and build unit to pet food manufacturer Bennington Foods which will accommodate its own expansion at Roseland.
Emily Hanel, surveyor at marketing agents JLL, said: “Roseland Business Park is a unique scheme, offering a wide variety of accommodation in a superb location for accessibility and connectivity, and benefiting from near-by amenities at Long Bennington. The consistent strong interest in the scheme is demonstrated by the continual growth of high calibre tenants, such as Balfour Beatty, Smart Fleet and ES Global.”
South Street Capital acquired Roseland Business Park in 2015 on behalf of overseas clients. The site is located off the A1 just south of Newark.
