Rebecca Beardsley and Harriet Frank

An East Midlands-based planning and urban design consultancy whose clients include JD Wetherspoon, Pure Gym and Avant Homes has bolstered its team with two new hires.

Planners Rebecca Beardsley and Harriet Frank have joined nineteen47 as part of a growth plan which recently saw the firm take larger premises in Nottingham.

Beardsley brings a wealth of experience in the planning and development sector to the consultancy.

She said: “I am excited to work with such a driven team and being able to get involved in a vast array of different project across a range of different sectors; the variety of clients and types of work keeps the job really interesting day to day.

“I am also keen to work closely with the urban design team too and understanding more about that area of the business. nineteen47 is a young and growing company, which I am really pleased to be a part of.”

Frank, a chartered surveyor, has joined from the North York Moors National Park Authority where she gained extensive experience of heritage and conservation issues.

She said: “What attracted me to nineteen47 is the company ethos and its highly skilled team; I am looking forward to being a part of its plans for growth over the coming months. I am currently studying part-time towards a Masters degree in architectural technology and design, so I am excited about working with the design team moving forwards too.”

Associate director Tom Collins added: “Since starting the business three years ago, we have experienced year-on-year growth thanks to our highly skilled and dedicated team of planners and urban designers. Rebecca and Harriet are both extremely talented professionals and we are delighted to welcome them to the team.”
