The former Crystal Martin site in Sutton-In-Ashfield has been put up for sale for £4.5 million.

Savills has brought the 216,347 sq ft facility to market on behalf of Crystal Martin Holdings.

The site on Kirkby Road formerly occupied by the clothing and fabric manufacturer comprises industrial/warehouse space and office accommodation.
