Contractor wins place on prestigious national framework

A Nottingham-based contractor has been awarded a place on a new Procure Partnerships national framework.

Clegg Construction is one of twenty-three firms to have secured places on the four-year framework, which is designed for use in the public sector across England and Wales by councils, universities and NHS trusts.

There will be two project bands  – £4 million to £12 million and over £12 million – with 20 lots available in total.

The framework was piloted in the North West last year and procured over £200 million of projects in collaboration with public sector clients.

Rachel Johns, head of business development at Clegg Construction, said: “We are thrilled to have been selected for this framework, which will deliver a range of exciting projects across the East of England. Along with some recent high value contract wins we have a strong pipeline of work in the region, we look forward to further developing our offering in the East.”

Framework director Robbie Blackhurst added: “The ethos of the Procure Partnerships framework is regional delivery with national governance and Clegg are ideally placed to deliver projects in the East of England. Based out of their Cambridge office they will ensure that local people are at the heart of project delivery and we are looking forward to working with the Clegg Construction team over the next four years.”
