Rosy pub deal for property consultancy

Everard Cole, the licensed and leisure property consultancy, has announced the sale of a substantial community pub in Strelley, Nottingham.

The Rose, which has been sold on behalf of pub giant Greene King, is located at the junction of Moor Road and Strelley Road on the north-western edge of the city.

The two-storey former Home Ales pub has been acquired by a local investment company. It is understood that the firm intends to keep The Rose open as a pub.

The total plot area is approximately 0.6 acres in size.

The Rose is a large detached pub that has served the local community for many years and we hope will continue to do so for many more years to come.
