Agents bag major gig at Blenheim Park

Wilson Bowden Developments has appointed Commercial Property Partners and FHP Property Consultants to promote the final three plots at Blenheim Park in Nottingham.

The 30-acre industrial development is an extension of Blenheim Industrial Estate, which boasts occupiers including DHL, Renault Trucks and Muller.

Last year, Wilson Bowden completed a £12 million purpose-built distribution centre at the site. Nearly 100 jobs have been created since the 60,000 sq ft warehouse and office facility became fully operational. The building is currently occupied by DPD.

The final three plots at Blenheim Park total 7.7 acres, upon which units ranging from 18,000-70,000 sq ft will be delivered on a design and build basis.

Sean Bremner, partner at CPP, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to promote the final three design and build plots upon Blenheim Park.

“The estate has proved a popular choice for Nottingham occupiers seeking new premises with the added cost incentive of a position outside the Nottingham Workplace Parking Levy. We look forward to reporting further success.”

FHP’s Tim Gilbertson added: “It’s is good to have CPP on board to work with us on this scheme which we have been involved with since its inception.

“Over the years a number of existing Nottingham companies and indeed those from further afield have relocated to Blenheim to take advantage of its terrific transport links and, as Sean mentions, a position outside of the workplace parking levy.

“I am sure as a team we can encourage further interest and drum up more deals shortly.”
