Property consultancy announces two key hires

Innes England has bolstered its asset management team with the appointment of two surveyors.

New recruits Andy Nuttall and Oliver Taplin have over 20 years’ industry experience between them.

Nuttall, who most recently worked as a regional surveyor for National Car Parks, has joined the East Midlands-based property consultancy as associate director. He began his career in 2000 at Clowes Developments.

Taplin, meanwhile, has returned to the firm to work as a qualified surveyor. He left Innes England in 2018 to join One Stop Stores, where he gained experience in client-side landlord and tenant matters and completed his Assessment of Professional Competence.
