New partner for commercial property agents
Commercial Property Partners (CPP) has expanded its national property and asset management team with the appointment of a new partner.
Mike Fry brings more than 18 years’ experience in property management and acquisitions to the company, having previously worked for one of the UK’s largest independent builders’ merchants as an estates and acquisitions surveyor.
He also spent time at Yorkshire and Lincolnshire-based PPH Commercial.
Matthew Fitzgerald, CPP partner and head of property and asset management, said: “Mike brings significant experience to CPP, we are delighted to have him join the team and move forward CPP’s business objectives.”
Fry added: “As I join the team at CPP, I am looking forward to making my own mark on how things are done at the firm, working collaboratively and benefiting from the strength of the current team.
