Real estate boss steps down at Shakespeare Martineau

Shakespeare Martineau real estate partner Brendan Walsh has announced he is leaving the firm.

Walsh will depart later this year. Shakespeares said the team will continue under the leadership of partners such as Alex Smith, Peter Dilks, Louise Ingram, Martin Jones, Kate Hall, Andy Gore, Paul Wakefield, Victoria Bovington, and Brian Mullin.

Walsh said: “It’s been a privilege to be part of a talented and dedicated team. I’m looking forward to exploring other interests and wish the firm all the best for the future.”

Louise Drew, group chair of real estate at Shakespeare Martineau, said: “We’re thankful to Brendan for his contribution to the firm and wish him the very best for the future.

“It’s a very exciting time for the firm, with a refreshed long-term strategy and our unlimited ambitions for growth.  Our Real Estate team is continuing to grow and we are always open to passionate, talented people who are looking to be part of an exciting progressive firm.”
