NG Chartered Surveyors has let the second floor of 1 Kayes Walk in Nottingham to a rapidly-expanding graphic design company and its digital partner.

Touch Design and Volute have taken the entire second floor of the premises on a three-year lease. The creative agencies offer a mix of branding and graphic design for print and digital media and website, video and app production.

1 Kayes Walk is a 5 storey multi-occupied office building in the heart of Nottingham’s Creative Quarter not far from St Mary’s Church in the Lace Market.

Suzannah Allen, management surveyor at NG, said: “We have managed these premises for many years on behalf of the current landlord. The latest letting means the property is now fully let to a wide variety of tenants such as an actors’ studio, civil and structural engineers and graphic designers.

“We wish Touch Design and Volute all the best in their new premises.”

Scott Hingley, creative director at Touch Design, said: “We are very excited about this new chapter in our business. Kayes Walk provides a perfect location and an inspiring space for us to continue to deliver creative and effective campaigns.”

James Deacon, director at Volute, added: “We’re delighted to be in such a creative space in the heart of the Lace Market enabling us to continue developing apps, websites and videos for Nottingham businesses.”
