Housebuilder given thumbs up to extend sought-after scheme

Planning chiefs at Ashfield District Council have given the green light to the third phase of a new residential scheme on the outskirts of the Nottinghamshire town.

Harron Homes has been given the go-ahead to build a further 58 four and five-bedroom homes at its sought-after Sandlands Park development.

It is anticipated that work will begin in early 2020, with the first residents expected to move in during November this year.
