Acquisition sees accountancy firm expand presence in Nottinghamshire

A Lincoln-headquartered accountancy firm has expanded its presence in North Nottinghamshire by acquiring Mansfield-based rival Bull Payne and Co.

Wright Vigar Accountants has also opened a new Mansfield office as a result of the deal – its third in the county alongside sites at Retford and Newark.

The new office will be led by director Matthew Chadwick and former Bull Payne and Co partner Mike Corrigan.
