Housebuilder moves into new 10,000 sq ft office

Housebuilder Bloor Homes has relocated its East Midland office to a 10,000 sq ft premises at Wheatfield Way, Hinckley.

The deal was brokered by APB (Leicester) who acted for the landlord. CBRE acted for Bloor Homes, which has taken the entire first floor.

Reg Pollock, partner at APB, said: “The letting has been achieved in exceedingly difficult times amid the COVID-19 pandemic. In light of the latest Government advice, APB along with our professional partners, was working remotely, but were able to complete the letting in a timely manner.

“This transaction illustrates that with hard work and commitment from all parties deals can still be done.”
