Healthcare firm creates 30 jobs as it moves HQ to Derbyshire

A healthcare firm has taken 18,000 sq ft of space at Orbit Business Park in Swadlincote

Whittle Jones, Northern Trust’s in house managing agents let Units 1 and 2 to Healthnet Homecare (UK) – a firm which works with the NHS to provide services and help alleviate capacity pressures on the NHS.

Chris Carver, chief operating officer at Healthnet Homecare, said: “Healthnet took on Orbit Business Park as part of our expansion to support patients to receive healthcare services in a location of their choice. We’ve already created 30 high skilled jobs including homecare nurse and pharmacy roles. Orbit Business Park will become the new HQ whilst retaining our existing site in West Yorkshire.”

Caroline Jones, lettings manager at Whittle Jones Midlands, said: “We are delighted that Healthnet Homecare has chosen Orbit Business Park as the location of their new headquarters and we look forward to working with the team at Healthnet on their future growth ambitions.”
