Private equity house swoops for £16m engineering firm

A £16m-turnover Derbyshire civil engineering, landscaping and grounds maintenance firm has been bought by a private equity firm. RD Capital Partners (RDCP) has completed the acquisition of Killingley, which is based in Chesterfield. The deal is RDCP’s first acquisition in the infrastructure and engineering sector.
