New Trent Bridge Quays unit up for grabs

A commercial unit at the Trent Bridge Quays development in Nottingham is on the market.

Savills, on behalf of Elevate Property Group, has brought to market the 5,662 sq ft Unit 1 at Trent Bridge Quays on Meadow Lane in Nottingham.

The unit will be ready for occupation in August or September of this year. Savills says it is suitable for retail, office and leisure occupiers subject to planning consent.

Part of the Nottingham Waterside Regeneration scheme, the Trent Bridge Quays development is set to include landmark luxury residential accommodation together with a variety of commercial uses.
