Jobs created as bathroom retailer opens new outlet

Six new jobs have been created after bathroom retailer EasyBathrooms moved into a new 4,000 sq ft industrial unit at Bishops Trade Park, Lincoln.

EasyBathrooms has invested £100,000 into the 3,500 sq ft retail space, installing more than 100 fully-tiled displays.

The deal to let the unit was brokered by Banks, Long & Co.

Lisa Holland of EasyBathrooms said: “The new outlet is creating in the region of six jobs, including showroom staff, counter staff and a driver.

“Lincoln is a popular destination and we are bringing a range of quality bathroom and tile products to the area for both public and trade customers. We’re encouraging local traders to visit the store, meet our team and drop off their business cards.

“Customers will be able to see our large, spacious showroom and fully-tiled displays for inspiration. They’ll also have access to our design services, which can be done remotely in the current climate.”

William Wall of Banks Long & Co said: “We are pleased to welcome Easy Bathrooms to Bishops Trade Park, where it has moved into the first phase of this sizeable development. Ultimately, the trade park, which is firing the interest of companies keen to have trade counter or light industrial units, holds the promise of creating 450 jobs for the local economy.”
