Nottinghamshire eco-home up for sale for £2.25m

An award-winning Nottinghamshire home overlooking the Vale of Belvoir has is up for sale for £2.25m.

Belvoir Vue in Granby, a contemporary ‘Grand Designs’- style property situated within grounds of almost four acres, was awarded East Midlands Project of the Year by architectural events hosts Specifi in 2019.

The property’s steel frame design allows for large open spans within the property and areas of glazing to deliver solar gain in winter, while its canopies provide solar shading during the summer months.
