Health and safety firm sold in £130,000 deal

Risk management services giant Marlowe has snapped up Lincolnshire-based occupational health and safety firm Caritas in a deal worth £130,000.

Caritas was established in 1997 and will be integrated into Marlowe’s Managed Occupational Health division. In the year to March 2020, Caritas turned over revenues of £400,000 with an EBITDA of £100,000.

The deals will be funded from Marlowe’s existing cash resources.
