Creative agency moves into city centre offices

The think3 team

Derby based creative agency think3 has relocated into the city centre.

The agency was previously located at the Connect Derby Marble Hall, but had outgrown it space there. It now has offices five times the size at the Studio in the Cathedral Quarter area of the city.

Grant Thompson, creative lead, said: “COVID-19 had a big impact on the way we operated as a business and we quickly needed to adapt in order to continue providing a great service to our clients and business partners. We’d identified that our existing studio space was fast becoming too small for us to operate from both safely and creatively. The Connect Derby offices were the perfect starting place for us when we established last year, and the entire team will be sad to leave our very first studio.”

Thompson added: “Whilst many have been moving away from the city we are a Derby based business and part of the business community, our new headquarters in the heart of the city will provide the perfect location for us to grow further in line with our business plans over the next few years at least.”

In the last month the agency has seen two additional recruits joining the team. Annabel Goulden joined as business development manager and Chris Impey joined the development team headed up by founding partner Gaz Jones.

Jones said: “We are delighted as a team to be able to provide more opportunities for jobs within Derby as we expand our service offer over the coming months. Chris brings a wealth of experience to the team and will be heavily involved in the development of websites for our clients and Annabel has already hit the ground running sourcing new clients for us to work with.”
