Plans revealed to turn former church into flats

Station House

Plans have been revealed to turn a building close to Nottingham Railway Station into 27 apartments.

The Prime Pension Trust wants to redevelop Station House on Crocus Street to include 22 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom flats.

Station House had previously been occupied by the Christ Embassy Church as a place of worship.

A planning statement from Carney Sweeney said: “The proposed development is deemed to be sustainable development in an appropriate location and is presented in accordance with the statutory Development Plan and national planning policy. As such, planning permission should be granted.”
