Nottingham developer reveals apartments plan at care home site
A residential scheme in on the way to an area of Mansfield after part of a care home site was acquired.
Nottingham-based developer ALB Group has bought part of the grounds of the Barchester Forest Care Home, in Southwell Road West, Mansfield, where some of the boarded-up buildings will be converted into 22 flats.
It comes after the main care facility, which is still operating, underwent an upgrade in recent years.
