HR consultancy, Breedon Consulting, is marking its 21st anniversary with the launch of two new UK franchises.

The Ashby-de-la-Zouch firm was founded in 1999 by managing director Nicki Robson, as a training and development firm, before rolling out HR services due to client demand.

The continued growth of the HR consultancy is being marked by the launch of two new franchises in Northamptonshire and North Buckinghamshire in January 2021, and Breedon is making plans to introduce a quarterly intake of partners in the new year.

Robson said: “We are so excited to be celebrating our 21st birthday with the launch of two new franchises, and it has been a joy to watch the consultancy grow over the last two decades.

“This expansion comes at a pivotal time for the industry, with UK businesses needing a stronger and more consistent level of support than ever before.

“The opening of new franchises will allow our consultancy to expand into new territories, where we can provide our award-winning services to an extended network of clients across the country. We are constantly looking for ways to bolster our services to clients and are exploring strategic partnerships with like-minded company owners who share our values and approach to business.

“The team have worked incredibly hard to grow Breedon Consulting to where it is today, and we are looking forward to a bright future with plenty of plans on the horizon – watch this space!”

Northamptonshire franchisee, Wendy Slater, said: “I was originally a client of Breedon Consulting and they provided much needed support for us as business, which was tailored to our specific needs.

“I am now delighted to be joining Breedon HR on the other side of the table in Northamptonshire, working alongside the team at such an exciting time for the business. My personal and business values very much align with Breedon’s and I am looking forward to being part of their brand’s ambitious growth plans.”

The consultancy says it will also be launching a new employee engagement package in the new year, with plans to introduce additional services and sector specific offerings throughout 2021.
