Work on new 50,000 sq ft Grade A offices ‘imminent’

Franklin Ellis has worked on Bildurn's 11 Station Street scheme

Work to redevelop a run-down building next to Nottingham Railway Station into 50,000 sq ft Grade A offices is “imminent”, according to the developer.

The news come two-and-a-half years after Bildurn received planning application to transform the derelict building into office space.

Bildurn has been working with agent JLL to promote the scheme, which has been designed by Franklin Ellis.

Launching the development in June 2017, Bildurn said it would be targeted towards professional services, indigenous Nottingham businesses, companies looking to move to Nottingham and contact centres.
