IT services and software firm strikes deal with Hollywood Bowl

Nottingham-based IT services and software firm Retail Assist has signed a deal to work with leisure operator Hollywood Bowl.

The company will will offer support through its IT Help Desk to Hollywood Bowl Group’s 60 centres.

Dave Wilson, IT director at Hollywood Bowl Group, said: “We initially managed our IT support requirements internally but, thanks to our success, we needed to find an outsourcing partner so that our internal teams can focus on business growth instead.

Alongside helpdesk support, Retail Assist will also manage the relationship with Barron McCann, which provides hardware maintenance support to Hollywood Bowl.
