Land deal to bring new homes to Leicestershire village

A land deal in Old Dalby, near Melton Mowbray is set to bring 25 new homes a step closer.

Acting on behalf of Langar-based Hofton & Son, Heb brokered the deal to sell the land to Nottingham-based Inside Land Group and Pelham Homes.

Gareth Staff, director at Inside Land, said: “This is another site delivered with one of our development partners and we look forward to announcing further acquisitions in the near future.”

far of any adverse impact from the pandemic.”
