Serviced office provider draws up waiting list as capacity reached

Property company Staton Young says it has reached capacity at one of its serviced offices and any new businesses wishing to move in have been placed on a waiting list.

Staton Young bought Litchurch Plaza Business Centre on the outskirts of Derby city centre in 2016. It includes 45 offices, ranging from 150 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft.

The last remaining unit has now been let to website design and SEO firm SwiftCreations.

Lucy Wilde, associate director at Staton Young, said: “To have achieved full occupancy in today’s current situation is an amazing achievement by the team. Litchurch Plaza, like all our sites, offers great quality serviced office space at an affordable price.”
