Rutland-based marketing and PR agency OlsenMetrix (OM) has signed new clients and relaunched its website in response to growing demand from manufacturing, technology, healthcare, housebuilding and public sector clients seeking PR and marketing communications advice.

New clients include Protecta Services, a healthcare company delivering bespoke PPE services and the UK’s first wearable hand sanitiser; and V4 Services, which provides business consultancy services to SMEs and local authorities.

Sasha Olsen, OM’s operations director, said: “Our ambition has always been to be a respected and go-to marketing agency in the East of England and the Midlands, where we have established networks, but we also take on work nationally.

“Our USPs centre around our PR and marketing expertise – as well as deep sector knowledge across housebuilding, technology, healthcare, renewables and manufacturing, to name but a few.”

Nottingham digital PR agency Motive has landed an account win with confectionery wholesaler Hancocks.

Motive will be helping with brand building PR in both trade and consumer facing media as well as providing a digital PR service to win online coverage and links into Hancock’s new e-commerce website.

Motive MD Steve McComish said: “Being asked to handle the comms for the UK’s leading confectionery wholesaler is about as close as I’m likely to get to being asked to PR Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory.

“For a team of sweet-tooths and chocoholics this really is a dream client. Walking around Hancock’s massive wholesale outlet in Loughborough I really did feel like a kid in a sweetshop.

“We can’t wait to get our teeth into this one and are already planning some tasty marketing campaigns. It’s a really sweet client to be working with.”
