The new hires at Else Solicitors

Law firm Else Solicitors has hired five new recruits.

Else, based in Burton-on-Trent, and established in 2003, specialises in a number of legal disciplines such as corporate and commercial services, dispute resolution, debt recovery, commercial property and wills and probate.

Amongst the new recruits is David Williams. Having previously been a partner at firms across the Midlands, Williams will support Else’s clients with company and commercial law matters.

Else’s Property department has been strengthened with the addition of Manpreet Ark and Caroline Major.

Ark also has experience of human rights law and contributed to a European Commission report on the integration of human rights into EU policies on development and trade.

The dispute resolution department has been bolstered with the addition of associate, Kelly Stott, who will support clients in all areas of commercial litigation.

Also joining the dispute resolution department is Chris Clark.

The recruitment drive comes at a time where Else has restructured internally. While Chris Else remains managing partner, he has strengthened his senior management team with finance manager, Steve Bull, and practice manager, Tracey Marsh.

Chris Else said: “I’ve known Steve and Tracey for a long time, and I would have them by my side throughout this period before anyone else. They are both exceptional at what they do and will ensure our new recruits are fully prepared for life at Else Solicitors.”
