Manufacturing facility changes hands in £3.5m deal

Montracon has sold its former manufacturing facilities in Swadlincote to a firm working on the HS2 project in a deal worth £3.5m.

Savills brokered the deal for the 163,300 sq ft industrial and office complex, which has been bought by F Brazil Reinforcements.

Montracon has relocated the Woodville business to a nearby site off Occupation Lane and continues to have an active presence in Swadlincote.
