People: Schlüter-Systems; Rotheras; Heathcotes Group

Sarah Holey

Tile and stone installation company Schlüter-Systems has appointed Sarah Holey as head of marketing.

Holey’s previous experience includes marketing manager for bathroom manufacturer Roca, marketing manager at Ibstock Brick and, most recently, she held the position of head of marketing for Parkside and Strata Tiles, the commercial arm of Topps Tiles.

She said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Schlüter – I am very impressed by their emphasis on education which offers installers and architects the confidence to both understand and recommend their products to end users. This, paired with the breadth of Schlüter’s product range means that there is plenty to get my teeth into and plenty to offer the industry.”

Nottingham law firm Rotheras has made six new appointments, including three new associates, two of whom are senior associates.

Amongst the new recruits are senior associate Johanna Goddard and licenced conveyancer Laura Smith, who both joined the residential conveyancing department in January.

The firm’s private client department has been bolstered with the addition of senior associate Kirsten Wood.

Associate aolicitor Hannah Manewell is the latest addition to the personal injury department.

The firm has also welcomed two new trainee solicitors, Sophie Price and Sarah Singh. Rotheras will take on a total of four trainee solicitors in 2021 with Lauren Kilbride and Hardeep Chumber set to start their training contracts in the coming months.

Emily Frost

Chesterfield-based care provider, Heathcotes Group, has appointed Emily Frost as recruitment business partner to support its specialist residential services nationwide.

Frost brings a wealth of experience in overseeing successful recruitment and talent acquisition within the health and social care sector. Prior to joining Heathcotes, she held senior recruitment roles for a variety of major care providers, encompassing specialist services for children, the elderly and adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities. She is now responsible for recruitment across all areas of Heathcotes’ organisation including its office-based support operations and 72 residential care services for adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

Frost said: “I am very excited to join an organisation like Heathcotes Group, which has a very forward-thinking approach to investing in people and supporting their long-term progression. The company has won national recognition for its workforce development policies, including an award-winning apprenticeship programme.
