Vehicle reconditioning firm expands with 45,000 sq ft property deal

A vehicle reconditioning and storage firm has taken over 45,000 sq ft of space in Nottinghamshire.

Smart Fleet Solutions, which was recently acquired by online car retail giant Cazoo, has taken Units 1 and 1A on Roseland Business Park in Long Bennington, near Newark.

The deal was brokered by Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP Property Consultants and represented the largest of his career to date.

He said: “This was a wonderful transaction to be part of and the biggest singular letting of my career. Having worked hard on the Roseland Business Park for a few years I am really pleased to announce almost full capacity/occupation and that we have managed to complete this large industrial letting to Smart Fleet Solutions.

“Working alongside my client and Theo Kortland, managing director of Smart Fleet Solutions and his team has been a pleasure.”
