Amazon set to take 411,000 sq ft warehouse at Magna Park

E-commerce giant Amazon is set to take a 411,000 sq ft warehouse at Magna Park in Lutterworth.

Property Week report that the company will rent MP411, which is owned by BentallGreenOak. The landlord bought the warehouse as part of a portfolio of properties from Thor Equities Group and Morgan Stanley Real Estate in a £303m deal completed earlier this year.

It was originally owned by SEGRO.

MP411 includes 401,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 10,000 sq ft of adjoining office space.

CBRE and MWRE are agents for BentallGreenOak, while CBRE is acting for Amazon.

All parties decline to comment, says Property Week.
