People: Peveril Homes; SnapFulfil

Lloyd Holmes

Derbyshire-based housebuilder, Peveril Homes, has hired Lloyd Holmes and Tom Broster onto its board of directors.

The internal promotions have seen Holmes take the position of commercial director, and Tom the technical and construction director.

Peveril Homes managing director, James Smith said: “At Peveril Homes we believe that our people are the reason for our success. We make sure everyone feels valued and I think this is shown when we’re able to internally promote two members of our team to Director roles.

“Both Lloyd and Tom have shown real dedication and flair during their time with us and I’m excited to see how they will support us in continuing to deliver high quality, traditionally-built homes across the Midlands.”

Philip Wright, Emma Faulkner and Martin Coogan

Castle Donington-based technology innovator, Synergy Logistics, has announced a trio of key promotions at its warehouse management system (WMS), SnapFulfil.

Philip Wright is elevated to head of global support & CI (continuous improvement), while Martin Coogan takes up the mantle of head of the UK customer success team.

Elsewhere in the business, Emma Faulkner has been promoted to head of software development with immediate effect, from her previous role as technical development manager.
