Health and safety consultancy swoops for environmental counterpart

Daventry-based health, safety and environmental consultancy Ensafe  has acquired Pam Brown Associates (PBA).

PBA is a geotechnical and environmental specialist which provides a range of consultancy services from their office in Burton on Trent.

The Ensafe Group now has over 250 regional staff, supported by operational colleagues now based in Burton on Trent in addition to those at Manchester, Northampton, Croydon, Plymouth, Glasgow and the Republic of Ireland.

Ensafe CEO, Greg Kirkman, said: “This is another fantastic acquisition for the Ensafe Group. We have continued to grow and thrive throughout the pandemic, and this is a great opportunity for the business to develop our geo-environmental division even further to support our clients’ requirements.
