Nottingham digital agency, Hallam, has added to its paid media team with the appointment of Syed Rahman.
Although new to Hallam, Rahman is no stranger to agency life having got his first break in the industry when working for a small start-up agency in Newcastle where he spent two years before moving onto Arts Council England, leading their multimillion-pound educational initiative across the arts sector.

Haroon Younis
Law firm Flint Bishop has appointed a new head of its commercial department.
Haroon Younis joins the firm as partner having spent the last 15 years at UK top 45 law firm Weightmans.
In his previous role, Younis was a senior member in Weightmans’ commercial national team, specialising in commercial contracts (particularly all forms of software and IT contracts) as well as commercial/corporate structures and transactions.
He was the lead commercial and corporate adviser for BJSS, a leading business technology consultancy operating in the UK, North America, the EU and other parts of the world. He also led the Verder Group’s multimillion-pound acquisitions in the UK for several years.
Younis said: “I look forward to working with my fellow partners and colleagues at Flint Bishop to resolutely, as one collaborative team, deliver valuable commercial solutions for
current and future clients in the TMT, education, healthcare, financial services, energy and utilities and property investment/development sectors in the months and years ahead.”
