20,000 sq ft deal agreed in Alfreton

A 20,000 sq ft unit at Salcombe Court in Alfreton has been let by landlord PMW Property, in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Mert Investments, the car and light vehicle leasing firm, has taken a five-year lease on the property, which sits next to Junction 28 of the M1.

Victoria Wrigley of PMW Property said: “We are glad to have concluded this letting and pleased to have agreed competitive lease terms. Our portfolio in the Alfreton area is almost back to full occupancy with another site currently under offer and due to complete shortly.”

Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants said: “At the start of 2021, we had a couple of existing warehouses available between 10,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft around Junction 28 of the M1. All of these options have either been let or are under offer, which again leaves us in a position actively looking for further stock to market as we remain in conversation with a number of occupiers keen to find more space either to rent or buy in and around Junction 28 of the M1.
