Sweet deal as desserts firm moves onto Pride Park

Food firm Heavenly Desserts has moved into 1,223 sq ft unit on Brunel Parkway on Derby’s Pride Park.

Oscar Heap, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial, let the two-storey office accommodation which occupies an open plan office space on the ground floor and further office space on the first floor, divided into two separate areas.

Heap said: “It was great to get another deal done on Pride Park and in such a quick fashion to Heavenly Deserts, with the transaction only taking four weeks from offer to completion.

“In recent weeks we are seeing an increase in demand for office space as businesses look to start bringing their employees back into the workplace having spent most of the last year or so working from home.”
