Planning consultancy Cerda  is celebrating 13 years trading with the opening of a second office.

The firm says that the “significant growth” of the business and client activity has led to the opening of a Castle Donington office.

The new office, headed up by director Richard West, will offer the full suite of planning services, specialising in site appraisals, securing planning permission, winning appeals, Local Plan representation
