Training firm relocates in Nottingham city centre

A training firm has moved into new Nottingham offices following a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

DBC Training has taken 3,101 sq ft on the first floor of Alan House on Clumber Street in the city centre. The office has been recently refurbished by APSS.

Kerry Bentley of DBC Training said: “Due to recent growth we were looking to source a new, larger training centre that was centrally located and that would enable us to support more people on our award-winning training programmes. Alan House met all of our requirements and the service from FHP has been first rate from start to finish.”

Thomas Szymkiw, of FHP’s office agency department, added: “When I first met DBC Training we viewed a range of office options in the city centre, however it was very clear from the beginning that Alan House ticked all the boxes in terms of size, location and specification.

“The team at DBC Training were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process and I wish them the best of luck for the future in their new offices.”
