Commercial property company hails successful year

BB&J Commercial has hailed a strong year as it continued to grow its team despite the impact of the pandemic.

In the last year, the company has made six additions to the team.

First was Oscar Heap who joined the team in September 2020 followed by Maria Brown in December 2020 and has since played a key part within the team, to support the administration for the commercial agency and professional departments.

More recently, in April Amey Hellen joined BB&J Commercial as digital communications and marketing co-ordinator, while Claire Taylor was seconded to the commercial team, where she assists with the administration for both survey and commercial departments.

Now, BB&J Commercial has announced a further two additions to the team.

Carys Hughes is joining the team as a business administration apprentice while studying at Derby College and has demonstrated great professionalism during her time with the team.

Kerry Morgan has also recently joined the team from a similar professional background at Flint Bishop and is providing great support as commercial property administrator.

Mark Richardson, partner at BB&J Commercial, said: “It was great to move to our fantastic, refurbished offices on The Wyvern earlier this year and rebranding BB&J Commercial at the same time. We’ve then continued to expand both as part of a planned growth strategy and in response to market demand. I can honestly say we have never had such a capable and positive team. Everyone works together and we have achieved some absolutely remarkable agency deals for our clients, particularly in the industrial and land sectors.

“Over the last several months I’m delighted to say we have created five new roles across the agency, marketing and business administration sides of our business and it is great to be able to provide employment opportunities to such a fantastic group of people. BB&J Commercial would not have the success it does without the contribution of all involved. I really look forward to continuing to see the business grow and expand its coverage across the wider East Midlands.”
