Property agency relocates Nottingham HQ

A Nottingham residential property letting, management and investment agency has relocated in the city after buying its own offices.

Kingswood Residential Investment Management has bought a 3,100 sq ft, five-storey semi-detached property on East Circus Street in an off-market deal.

Inside the new offices

The firm has moved from its previous base on Regent Street and has already renovated two storeys of its new home, with further floors to refurbished for alternative uses.

Adam Kingswood, director, said: “The office acquisition was driven by our growing team and need for further office space.”
