NG and FHP put the pieces together for Jigsaw24 to move to new service centre
Fast-expanding Nottingham IT solutions provider and consultancy Jigsaw24 has bought the newly-refurbished Resource House on Phoenix Park in Nottingham.
Richard Sutton, managing director of NG Chartered Surveyors, acted on behalf of Jigsaw24 on the deal, along with Mark Tomlinson, director of FHP Property Consultants, who advised the landlord.
Sutton said: “The great return to the office continues with this fantastic deal for one of Nottingham’s most dynamic companies.
“It’s now clear that staff want high quality office space to work in, post-pandemic, and Resource House certainly fits the bill. Jigsaw regarded the location as ideal to its NET public transport infrastructure, proximity and immediacy of labour supply.
“I’d like to thank Mark at FHP for his work on this deal, which was concluded quickly and efficiently.”
Tomlinson of FHP said: “This deal demonstrates the sentiment among occupiers to acquire the best quality spaces for their staff to come back to as we gradually return to the workplace. Our clients undertook the substantial refurbishment of this building in the middle of the first lockdown and their bravery has very much paid off in securing such a good quality tenant in Jigsaw24 for this building.”
